Neighborhoods

Borrego Springs is a multi-faceted community that truly has something for everyone. Whether you prefer the upscale living experience of a golf course community or you are looking for a modest little getaway, we’re sure you will find a home that fits your needs. Home prices in Borrego Springs are still an incredible value compared to most areas of Southern California so you may be surprised by how much you can afford!

De Anza

De Anza was the first golf course development in Borrego Springs. It is located at the foot of Indian Head Mountain and offers a wide variety of homes. There are three condo complexes and a number of single family homes built around the golf course. You will find an eclectic mix of architecture in this development from modern and mid-century to Southwestern and California Ranch styles. You can choose a home right on the golf course or one on the desert side, depending on the view you prefer. Either way you will have no homeowner association dues with most single family homes in this development.

Rams Hill

Rams Hill is a master planned development built around a world class Tom Fazio designed golf course. There are 7 different neighborhoods within the development, each with its own special character. Rams Hill offers small townhomes to luxury estates and everything inbetween. Because this development is situated on the South slope overlooking the valley it has some of the best elevated views in Borrego Springs.

Club Circle

Club Circle is a small community of homes and condos surrounded by a 9 Hole Golf Course. This development broke ground in the early 1960’s and included the condos of Club Circle East along with homes on the perimeter. The Club Circle West condos were built in the 1980’s, styled after the existing units with an extra bathroom and private laundry. Club Circle is literally built in a circle with the condos in the center, single family homes on the perimeter, and a golf course around the entire development.

Borrego Springs Resort

Borrego Springs Resort is another golf course community but there are not many homes currently built. The resort features golf, dining, and a full service spa. If you have your heart set on one of these you will need to keep a close eye on this area. Not many of them come up for sale in a given year and when they do they usually go pretty quickly.

Roadrunner Club

Road Runner Club is a 55+ community of manufactured homes built around a golf course. This development features rich amenities with a large club house and lots of social activities. These homes are on leased land with varying rent depending on the location.

The Springs

The Springsis adjacent to the Roadrunner Club. It features an upscale RV park with an amphitheater and fishing pond. This development has newer manufactured homes situated around a golf course. These homes are also on leased land.

Desert Neighborhoods

If you prefer the natural beauty of the desert over a golf course community there are plenty of options. Each one of these neighborhoods has its own unique feel. Some are nestled up close to the mountains while others boast a panoramic view of the valley. We recommend driving through the different areas to get a feel for what you like best. Neighborhoods with smaller lots tend to be more modestly priced. If you are looking for a little more space you may want to consider homes in an area with a minimum lot size of 1 or 2 acres. Here you will find mostly custom homes, many of which take advantage of the unique landscapes and views of the surrounding mountains.
