Visitors are treated to a cultural experience unlike any other, with live performance art, music, and a wide selection of food concessions. The festival is held at the La Quinta Civic Center Campus.
The Annual Palm Desert Golf Cart Parade
October, Palm Desert, California
For over 50 years, the Annual Palm Desert Golf Cart Parade has thrilled thousands of visitors and residents with its colorful floats and decorated golf carts. About 20,000 spectators come to see the parade each year to take part in different festivities. For golfers, the parade also features a cart show that showcases the latest electric carts and numerous golf booth vendors for courses, hotels, and golf-related products.
Indian Wells Art Festival
March to April, Indian Wells, California
The Indian Wells Art Festival features over 200 artists from all over the world who showcase their high quality craftsmanship through their unique works of art. The festival is held at the famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, which is converted into a bustling outdoor marketplace and artisan village filled with unique artwork, one-of-a-kind merchandise and live music performances. Visitors can also experience hands-on demonstrations by talented artists, displaying their skill in painting, sculpting, textile weaving, and other media.

- Borrego Days Desert Festival – Borrego Springs comes alive during the Annual Borrego Days Desert Festival. Get to see amazing performances, browse through unique artwork, take part in the Borrego Days Parade, enjoy live music performances, and more.
- Borrego Springs Film Festival – The Borrego Springs Film Festival is a Southern California-juried film fest showcasing films from different categories, including animation, documentary, narrative, and short film. It is an all-volunteer production organized by The Borrego Festivals Foundation along with the Borrego Springs Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau.
- Live musical performances – Founded in 1974, the Borrego Springs Community Concert Association brings top-notch musical acts and cultural performances to Borrego Springs each year. The association currently produces seven concerts annually, including four public performances and three free concerts for schools.
- Borrego Springs Circle of Art – Held at the Christmas Circle every March, Borrego Springs Circle of Art is a free outdoor art festival that showcases the work of over 60 talented artists representing different media such as painting, photography, ceramics, textile art, sculpture, and more.
