Not to worry, if golfing isn’t your thing there are plenty of other options! Outside of the golf course developments each neighborhood offers it’s own unique feel. Neighborhoods with smaller lots tend to be more modestly priced. If you are looking for a little more space you may want to consider homes in areas that have a minimum of 1-2 acres each. Here you will find mostly custom homes, many of which take advantage of the unique landscapes and views of the surrounding mountains.
